Came for an inspection, I needed tires and they were very genuine and up front about the condition of my tires. I respect that. Everything was taken care of by the next day and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer if needed!

We had a truck break down while traveling and ended up in Roanoke with limited options for repair. The towing company recommended Custom Truck Bodies, and I’m so glad they did. From the start, Keith (the owner) was incredibly kind, honest, and helpful. I had to coordinate everything remotely—diagnosing the issue, approving the work, and arranging pickup—and Keith made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took my calls (often daily), answered every question, and kept me informed every step of the way. Not only did they provide a fair quote, but they delivered exactly as promised and stayed true to their pricing, which is something I truly value. I really appreciated working with Keith and his team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Custom Truck Bodies to anyone in need of reliable, trustworthy service.

Absolutely awful. Been doing our maintenance for 1 location. Go to move vehicles to a new location and turns out all of the maintenance was not done and the bigger jobs given were half assed so Bradley it messed up an engine at 40 k miles. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT KNOW ENOUGH TO CHECK BEHIND THEIR WORK! Place has a rep for this… was hoping it was actually handled at this point. No business being in business, they don’t have enough morals to do what they’ve charged for vs. risking lives.

Wonderful people We got standard in Renoake when our box truck broke down Friday night on the highway!!! Luckily their neighbor the tire who tried to help but the truck was too big for his shop told us about this place. They worked with our schedule, they kept their promise, they were in time and in budget without surprises. They made a great problem manageable, for that i am grateful.

STOP HERE!!! This is the place to go. Don’t question it, just do it. They are incredibly honest, helpful and very reasonably priced. Frickin Unicorns! Look, I have been worked over by so many auto shops, so many times that it’s just exhausting. Finding an honest place with good people AND good workmanship is pretty rare these days. Well, my search is finally over! A good friend recommended them to me, whose better friend recommended them to her, and well I am just extremely grateful to both of them for that! This will be the ONLY place I take my car from now on—for LIFE. And any single woman who’s afraid of being taken advantage of, needs to know about this place! Zero BS- completely void of any of that. Family business with REAL folks. Good shop, Great People!!! Highly Recommended!
